Description
Description:Following the 1914-18 war, the land was gifted to the community and the hall erected by public subscription as a memorial to the men of the community who lost their lives during the conflict.
Further names were added to the roll of honour following the losses suffered duing the 1939-45 war.
The main building comprises one large room with dance floor and a seating area with bar facility plus a stage. A second room is available for smaller functions. Cushioned stackable seats and folding tables are available for use by hirers.
A seperate building is used for young peoples activities but may be bookable subject to availability.
All rooms have access to toilet facilities. There are basic kitchen facilities in both buildings and off road parking is provided.
A large grass field is part of the complex and has a fenced childrens out door play area.
